I found that I used to be in a horrible, never-ending circle. I am fat & hated exercising (Well, really I hated how hard it was on my body & the, uh... bounce factor--those that have been there, know what I am talking about!) But yet, in order to lose weight, I needed to exercise.
But this time around... I got smart! I have been doing exercises that aren't as hard on me or embarrassing to do. But I can't wait until I can do more. I want to be active! I know that, as I get stronger & lose weight, I will be able to do more. I can't wait to add more activities to my regimen!
I used to love running & I have the feeling, that once I lose some more weight, I will enjoy it again.
FYI: It's not official, but according to my scale at home, I am down 3 pounds. I'm surprised that it's so much. It hasn't even been a full week.
