That was a shock to me, to find out that I have't posted to this blog since Tuesday! I have been keeping busy, which is the cause for my delay in posting. I sincerely apologize!

week and a half! Braden is still fighting off a runny nose, so Karl & I haven't been able to
workout together in a week and a half! It's been strange. Most of the time, I really look forward to working out & really enjoy my workouts. But sometimes, I really struggle to go. And knowing that Karl wants to go, forces myself into going. And 99.9% of the time, I am glad I forced myself to go.
In related news, I finally made a decision on an mp3 player to take to the gym. I decided on a blue iPod shuffle. (I really wanted the Green but they didn't have it). And I LOVE it! It is just what I wanted. Now I just need to find some more good music to get pumped to.
What is your favorite music to listen to, when you workout?
I guess my answer would be called "angry girl music", but I like to think of it, as Empowered women, singing strongly about life.

I love the definition of "angry girl music." I'd define it that way, too. I usually work out outside, so I don't have any music with me when I go. However, if I do it alone, then I bring my handy dandy mp3 player along and put it on shuffle. I have a whole lot of "guys with guitars" music on that thing. I need to add some more "angry girl music" on there!
(BTW, I've now linked my weight loss blog on my profile; so, if you don't want to read my regular blog, the weight loss one is not there.)
Thanks for stopping by my blog girl-with-the-best-name-on-the-planet!
I listen to Beyonce, Shakira, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguwhatsherface... it sounds cliche but give it a shot. I bet your booty will be shakin' right along with the tunes!
