My weekend workout has consisted of yardwork. Lots of yardwork. I have picked up TONS of sticks & placed them into large piles. Then we took the large piles & made littler bundles to put out with the trash on Monday. It was just like doing squats & quite honestly, my buns feel like I did real squats. I also raked an ungodly amount of leaves. But not just any leaves. Wet leaves. My arms are feeling it today. But it's really nice to see the yard coming together. And I feel good about what I have done, not only for the yard, but for me too! I am hoping to earn my 10 pound star on Tuesday, when I weigh in.
