Punching Bag

I have found that it's really easy for me to get bored with things & I often rotate what I do (whether it's exercise or eating or just my daily routine around the house). So to ensure that I keep exercising & do not quit (because I am doing SO well. I have never continued with exercise for as long as I have, unless you count when I was thin), I decided to pick up kickboxing. Karl got my punching bag put up & I got to try it out yesterday. And let me tell you, I am amazed at how many muscles I worked! Every one is feeling it today!

The boys decided to help me workout!

I loooooooove punching bags. I can't get one though because there's no where to hang it. *tear*

Kick boxing is AWESOME! Be sure to include rope jumping - it's a major calorie burner AND it's pretty cool once you learn some tricks! :)
