9. I want to be able to not bump into things, when I walk in a crowded space.
8. I want to be able to run without huffing & puffing so soon.
7. My health needs this change.
6. I don't want to have to tug at my shirts anymore, in effort to cover myself up.
5. I want to be able to run & play with my boys.
4. I don't want to miss out on life anymore. I refuse to sit at the sidelines again.
3. My husband needs me.
2. My children need me to be healthy. I want to be around to watch them grow up.
1. I DESERVE this change in lifestyle, no matter how hard Ineed to work to achieve it.
Whenever I feel like quitting, I am going to return to this list & reread it. I am going to post this around the house, so if I have a weak moment, it can make me stronger. It's much easier at the beginning, to stay strong & focused. But later, if I want to give in or give up, I WILL NOT DO IT. I WILL STAY STRONG.
