Non-scale Goals Part One

I think, as a woman, it's really hard not to focus on the number on the scale or on the size of my jeans. I really do want to be healthy, but let's face it: I can't wait to fit into some really cute clothes!

I am very tired of my weight keeping me from living my life & the more active that I am, the more that I will be able to do.


Okay... I am going to try very hard & follow some good advice that was given to me. *See comments on previous post.


1. I want to be able to run, without my knees hurting.


2. I want to be able to keep up with my 2 children. They have an endless amount of energy & I need to be able to keep up with them.


3. I want to be able to fit comfortably in some chairs in public, such as an airplane seat.


I think I have to work on these goals & try to add to them. I try to think about what I want to gain in my life by losing weight, but I keep coming up with a weight range or a certain size clothes that I want to be in.
