I am at a point where I really need to focus on my commitment. I am finding that I am having a really hard time staying on program. I am not as good about eating all of my fruits & veggies, like I was. I am still losing weight each week, but not as much. My goal, starting right this very moment, is to really concentrate eating better.
As for exercising: I feel like it's going great. I am really enjoying it. I never thought I would say that. When I was thin & in great shape, I think I really took for granted how easy it was to do simple, every day things in life. But I am getting to a point, where I am finally able to have more energy & stamina. It feels good & makes me proud.
