So I tried splenda in my coffee a couple of times & was so disgusted. But then I finally made the switch to diet sodas. So last weekend, I tried some splenda in my coffee again. Guess what? I liked it. I just didn't put in as much as I would sugar. And it tasted great.
I think as long as I make all of these little changes, one at a time, it's much easier to stick with them. I'm not sure what goal to try to conquer next. Maybe drinking more water?
