Changes

My next weigh in is tonight. I am a little nervous that I haven't lost any. I know that I shouldn't judge my successes by the scale. So, with that in mind, I am going to recap my recent achievements:

I have been going to the gym consistantly & also do exercises at home.

I have more stamina than I have in a long time.

I have more energy to play with my children.

I am able to get more things done around the house.

I have been eating healthy foods.

I have been eating healthy portions.

I have been teaching my children about healthy eating.
