On Sunday, I joined an online challenge. You are supposed to do 100 crunches a day, every day until Spring. I thought "Great! This will force me to do something every day" I did my 100 on Sunday with no problem. I did my 100 on Monday with no problem. Then we went to the gym & I got over-ambitious & did some more ab work with weights. UGH! Big mistake!
I feel good today... just a little sore. That is, until I try to do a crunch & I hurt so bad. I am hoping to get in at least some crunches tonight.
